(widget-event-point, widget-read-event): Define unconditionally.

(widget-echo-help-mouse): Don't use window-end.

(widget-choice-value-create): If there is an :explicit-choice, respect it.
(widget-choice-action): Record an explicit choice in :explicit-choice.
