* .gitignore: Update with new files.  Do not ignore std*.in.h.
* INSTALL.android: Explain how to build Emacs with external
dependencies.

* Makefile.in (xcompile, cross): Rename to `cross'.
(clean_dirs): Clean cross, not xcompile.

* README: Document new directories.
