Eli Zaretskii a879f0eaae Fix bug #12955 with building under MSYS Bash.
src/makefile.w32-in (globals.h, gl-stamp): Use $(SWITCHCHAR) instead
 of a literal "/".
 (gl-stamp): Invoke fc.exe directly, not through cmd.
