Richard M. Stallman 9ee7c69da2 (reporter-submit-bug-report, reporter-mailer): reporter-mailer
variable can now take a list of mailers, trying each one until an
commandp one is found.

Fixed elisp archive address.
Handle dumping of buffer local variables via reporter-eval-buffer.
