Michael Albinus b303298840 Remove Emacs 23 compat code from Tramp
* doc/misc/tramp.texi (Remote processes): Don't mention
Emacs 24 explicitely.
(Frequently Asked Questions): Remove Emacs 23 from
compatibility list.
