repository copy www/cern_httpd -> www/w3c_httpd cern no longer deal with this program. w3c_httpd is to distinguish it from apache_httpd. I've not tested the build here, because I could not reach the master site. Requested by: ache

This is the W3 Consortium (W3C) httpd (WWW) server. It is the most
versatile WWW server currently in the public domain, however it's not
particularly easy to configure for the neophyte.
