Major overhaul to make this port work well again. MAINTAINER change is confirmed by the lack of submissions for updates by the original creator. Port now depends on the recently-added x11-toolkits/jx and friends ports. MASTER_SITES moved; make port depend on several other ports instead of building things itself, allowing for modularity.
