html2latex, a simple converter to make HTML files printable. (I've made sure and got an explicit permission from the author for redistribution.)

Use the MANx variables. This commit only covers ports that don't USE_IMAKE, don't appear to change behaviour on NOMANCOMPRESS (many do, subtly) and don't install more than one manpage. Any port listed here is a good candidate for a general review simply due to age... For example, a number of them seem to patch an install: target into the program Makefile and/or arbitrarily compress their manpages from patches/patch-*. This has been out-of-vogue since I would guess mid-1996, at least.
