qtk, or Quick-Tk is a nifty development environment written in Tk. It has

|
|
different configurations for several different programming languages,
|
||
|
|
ranging from C++, HTML, SQL, PHP, and last but not least, Tk.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
It is currently still in developmental stages.
