The Fluxbox Background Tool gives you a nice GUI to make background changing easier in fluxbox/blackbox. It lets you use pixmaps as well as solid colours. It includes a daemon to change the background automatically.

Update to 0.7. Author incorporated all the FreeBSD-specific patches from files/. Now, if none of the supported bg-setting programs are installed at install-time, x11-fm/fluxbox will be installed.

You must run fluxbg_conf before you can use fluxbg!
