Add empty subdir makefiles for the new dns and polish categories. These are not yet hooked up to ports/Makefile because INDEX builds break when there are empty category subdirectories.

Text-based Gadu-Gadu (and other) client for Unix-like systems. Gadu-Gadu is an ICQ-like messenger for polish language users. EKG2 is similar to EKG. It has many improvements like Jabber and IRC plugins. It is considered to be in its development stage, so use with care.
