I forgot to commit this file in the update to 0.15.6. Take out the remark about alt+up/down cursor cycling of windows. Mention the new virtual screens feature. Remove the imperative that users run sapphire.inst.

Sapphire is a window manager based on aewm and blackbox. Windows
can be shaded or hidden. Programs can be run from a menu. A clock
and calendar are built in. Virtual screens are supported.

too.
