- Support STAGEDIR

- Convert to new LIB_DEPENDS format (x11/libxfce4menu, x11/xfce4-conf)
- Switch to USES= gmake (x11/libxfce4menu)
- Update Perl dependencies versions (x11/xfce4-conf)
- Add patch, to use new GLib 2.32 mutex API (x11/xfce4-conf)
