x11-drivers/xf86-video-intel: Update snapshot

Update the snapshot of x11-driver/xf86-video-intel
- Fix build with -fno-common
- Fix MIT-SHM detection
- Drop SNA/UXA options in favor of xorg.conf(5)
- Add hyphen to output names for consistency with modesetting(4x)
- Add UDEV and XVMC options
- Add "make test" support
- Drop unused dependencies
- Switch to upstream versioning scheme
- Document all patches
- Simplify and deprecate _WITH_GETLINE
- Fix most style warnings
