multimedia/svt-av1: drop idea of connecting tests

Browse Source 
Upstream plans to add libaom tests which run "git clone" during build
instead of using "git submodule". And bundled googletest doesn't
support FreeBSD. Fixing both is non-trival but the benefit is marginal.
