x11/xfedor: mark BROKEN and DEPRECIATED
Does not fetch since mid-2004. [1] Depreciate it because it's old, old, old and unmaintained, no usable MASTER_SITES Expire it in 2 months. Silence portlint a little, for what good that does. Reported by: fenner's distfiles survey [1] PR: ports/94791 Submitted by: Ion-Mihai "IOnut" Tetcu <itetcu@people.tecnik93.com> Approved by: maintainer timeout
