- Split GNOME 2 and glib20 upgrade in 20080323 part as we have been getting a

lot of build failure report about it cannot find -lgio-2.0.
- Add graphics/cairo in AFFECTS as got a PR related with cairo requires newer
  pixmap. It should helps the green users.

In order to update to glib 2.16 or higher, you must first update the
glib20 port on its own or you will get a failure trying to install
devel/gio-fam-backend saying it cannot find -lgio-2.0.
