MOVED: mongodb40 must be upgraded to mongodb42

Even though the mongodb42 pkg is also EOL and not available, this
is the upgrade step recommended by upstream.
BTW: if you are still running mongodb40 you should know what you
are doing or need help during an upgrade anyway.
