ba5e95a9b4 Import of ``downloader''. 
A GTK+ based app that allows you to download from ftp or http based
servers much in the same way as "ReGet" for Windows.

7d1e7b5a76 If BATCH is defined pass it as an environment variable to the INSTALL 
script instead of as the third argument.  Revert the PACKAGE_BUILDING
changes I just made and look for BATCH in the scripts environment.

5af0ddcf0f This is xemacs-packages. It contains a selection of "most used" 
packages to go along with the xemacs21 port. Note that the user can
add and delete packages as desired using the mechanisms provided by
xemacs21.

The packages are automatically installed when xemacs21 is installed
from the ports tree. Unfortunately, this is not true when xemacs21
is installed using pkg_add. In this case the user has to install
xemacs-packages manually beforehand.

667b857a75 This is the latest version of xemacs - Xemacs 21.1. 
This requires xemacs-packages which be will committed next. Xemacs now
allows the user to maintain packages himself. See DESCR.

This supersedes PR 11618, which was based on an older release.

This commit was blasted over a repository copy of xemacs20, which is why
there are so many changes.
