040ad89a36 Update to version 8.4.6, the latest from ISC. To quote the release notes: 
BIND 8.4.6-REL is a security release of BIND 8.4.

	It is possible to remotely trigger a overrun causing a
	denial of service.  If you are running BIND 8.4.4 or
	BIND 8.4.5 you should upgrade.

Also:
1. Add ipv6 as a virtual category, since a key reason for the
BIND 8.4.x branch is IPv6 transport.
2. Download the PGP .asc files for the src and doc tarballs.
3. Add a new example file to PORTDOCS.

7b4f846044 There is a new tarball out there called 1.2.0.9-1, which is incomplete 
and does not build.

Use GraphicsMagick's copy for the time being, but apply the only fix
mentioned in the new tarball's ChangeLog.

Bump PORTREVISION. Clean up a little while I am here -- no need for
REINPLACE any more.

eb36172457 The distribution tarball was double-gzipped for some reason. The funny 
thing is that on RELENG_5, it did not prevent gzip -cd file | tar -xf -
from working.  Other versions/platforms are not so lucky.

69a4638c64 Oops, we want to twiddle the effective-user-ID, not the real-user-ID, 
since we need to recover credentials.  Relative to the previous commit,
s/setuid/seteuid/g.

c9c1429103 The set-user-ID binary zhcon normally reads it's user-specified 
configuration file as root.  Drop privileges before opening the file to
prevent a local user from reading arbitrary files.
