3417af1d25 Upgrade to 2.0. More OS's, and now machiens are networked. 
In playing this game, I found that our friend Chuck didn't come up as often
as before.  There are more OS's now, and Linux was represented by both
the Pinguin and Red Hat.  So I replaced "Red Hat" with a second "BSD".

The game often produces an error screen when bill wins.  But scores
are saved ok, and it plays fine.

18ecf3a122 Remove files from old version of this software before doing anything in 
do-install.  This should prevent `make install' from stopping when old files
are present.

8f69c1d194 Update 1.1.5+patches -> 1.1.6 
Note, there are a few important changes to the squid.conf file,
be sure to read the ChangeLog file for the details.  Some names
have been renamed, and a new option needs to be specified if squid
is run as root - it needs to know what uid to change to, it won't run
as root by default.  This may require changes to the port to create a
user or something.

c46bdc450a Enable the building of the french dictionary via a target (make french) 
and print an informative message announcing this feature, like for the
british dict, so this possibility is not hidden in the makefile.

6a2a7076d0 Separate PATCH_* from MASTER_*. (If you ask me, I can't figure out 
why adding a file called "*.patch-1" makes the package name change
from "pine-3.59" to "pine-3.59q" and not "pine-3.59.1", but that's ok.)
