On the last update, the logic for the post-extract command was changed,
which broke the target on DF. This version works on all platforms.
While here, rework the do-install target so that the commands aren't
suppressed. Also simplify it.
Remove libevent as libevent2 is providing a good compatibility interface as well
as providing better performances.
Remove custom patches from libevent2 and install libevent2 the regular way
Mark ports abusing private fields of the libevent1 API as broken
Import a patch from fedora to have honeyd working with libevent2
Remove most of the patches necessary to find the custom installation we used to
have for libevent2

OPTIONS_DEFINE. This policy has been implemented only recently that's why we
have many ports violating this policy.
This patch adds the default options specified in the Porter's Handbook to
OPTIONS_DEFINE where they are being used. Ports maintained by
gnome@FreeBSD.org, kde@FreeBSD.org and x11@FreeBSD.org have been excluded.

peer-to-peer (p2p) network. A p2p network is structural different to a
server-computer structure, where every user downloads its files from one
central server. Within p2p the user/downloader becomes also an uploader to the
next user. In this way there is no central computer that provides every file
to all users.
