0d4ffcdc30 bsd.port.mk already takes care of passing CC and CXX in the environment
for configure.

0c1b4fd6b0 Make sure we pass CC and CXX in configure's environment so that
boxes that require egcs from the ports collection will use it
instaed of the system compiler.
