Andreas Klemm	173535b87e	- use INSTALL_PROGRAM and INSTALL_MAN in Makefile ... - add patch-ac to silence bzip when doing compression, bzip version info now only with -v or -V - changed comment in COMMENT. bzip compresses better than gzip, but speed is much slower, so it's not generally better as gzip where speed matters !	1996-09-28 12:34:45 +00:00
