a92be2a764 On second thought, put back DIST_SUBDIR. It's not only used for the

rather generic names.

Vigor, for anyone who has been reading UserFriendly recently, is vi with

3b3f6a3a1f (1) Add check for including bsd.port{,.pre,.post}.mk twice. You can't do that.
(2) Add ipv6 and tcl/tk83 to list of valid categories.
Requested by:	sumikawa, jseger

(2) Change OSVERSION for NEWGCC check to a more appropriate time for the
    actual cutover.

(3) Change XFree86 version in PKG_IGNORE_DEPENDS from 3.3.5 to 3.3.6.

(4) Change some ${ECHO_MSG}'s in fatal errors to ${ECHO}, no need to be quiet
    if there's something terribly wrong.

23c0de20b0 Do not include bsd.port.pre.mk twice (once in the slave and once in the
master). This is done by defining a variable "PRE_MK_INCLUDED" in the slave
before including ${MASTERDIR}/Makefile, and have the master check it before
including any necessary macro files.

11ef7f4c05 A slightly different approach to allow access to CD media w/in the emulator.
Use the ioctl's CDIOREADTOCHEADER and CDIOREADTOCENTRYS to determine
the size of the data track on the disk, rather than using the DIOCGDINFO
ioctl (which doesn't appear to work for all users / CD media under FreeBSD).
