XLISP-STAT is a statistical environment based on a dialect of the Lisp
...
language called XLISP. This one is IS_INTERACTIVE because it needs
to connect to the X server while building. I don't know if it's
possible to build a package or not.

this one was mentioned in the linux journal
recently. I've used it before so I made up
a port.
