f2e4c41d65 - Update to 0.10.8 (base plugins) 
- Set right PORTVERSION on good, bad, and ugly plugins. Bump PORTEPOCH since
  these PORTREVERSION's will go backwards
- Remove USE_GNOME=gnomeprefix

311e60699d - Mark gstreamer-plugins IGNORE on 4.x since so many plugins don't build 
or work on 4.x
- Remove WITH_CPUFLAGS stuff since we've had no problems not using it

86050d5ff5 Change the mirror to fetch the tarball from fd.org first instead GNOME's ftp. 
GNOME's ftp has the mismatch checksum/size, which fd.org is fine. Be sure to
do the 'make distclean' first before you try to fetch it.

55ab5b0a0f Repocopy gstreamer-plugins-polypaudio to gstreamer-plugins-polyp as the 
latter is what gstreamer calls the Polyp Audio plug-in.  This effectively
fixes the linking of this plug-in.

7c83b53f50 Only enable the plugins that are actually going to be built. 
Tweak for artsd and gnomevfs, since their plugin knobs are different to
the name specified by the ports.

54a0b86543 Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order. The code present 
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.

Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

Preliminary documentation can be found at:

which is in the process of being SGMLized before introduction into the
Porters Handbook.

e90b7dea6f - Readd PORTREVISION?= to gstreamer-plugins so I can bump 
gstreamer-plugins-libcdio without bumping everything.
- Add PORTREVISION= 1 to each gstreamer-plugins so version doesn't
  go backwards.

3f91498e6d Update to 0.8.10. 
Wavpack moves from main package to stand alone plugin.
New cdio plugin, spc plugin now enabled.

Mark the cairo plugin ignore because it needs a newer version of cairo.
Use gst-register-0.8 instead of gst-register.

482d77c904 Update to 0.8.9. 
Remove xine plugins, not very well supported and gstreamer-ffmpeg does a
better job.
Override COMMENT and PORTREVISION in slave ports.
For the slave ports in multimedia add also CATAGORIES.
Chase libmusepack -> libmpcdec rename.
