dd9ff05a6a Commit #3/4 to enforce caps, no period.
FWIW, checkout of these things took 5+hrs, staying on the local
.freebsd.org net w/o hitting the 'net at all.

1cf7e924c5 Don't use CFLAGS for CXXFLAGS. If someone wants to compile the port using
optimization settings, they can use CXXFLAGS like everyone else :-)

65edaaa1f5 Replace qt dependencies with USE_QT.
