55a524735c Convert some of my ports from USE_GMAKE to USES=gmake.
The remainder have other pending patches which I must finish before conversion.

ed59156ea9 Clean up my ports (and a couple of ports@ owned ones):
- Fix COMMENT
- Add MAKE_JOBS_SAFE where appropriate
- Change ordering of LICENSE lines
- Fix new header format
- Etc.

536ff8a1f7 DASH is a POSIX-compliant implementation of /bin/sh that aims to be as small as
possible. It does this without sacrificing speed where possible. In fact, it
is significantly faster than bash (the GNU Bourne-Again SHell) for most tasks.
