Remove use of libgcc_r, since it was so uncerimoniously removed. If this
doesn't work on -stable, then -stable is broken, and someone needs to fix
it...

Enable SVG support, and disable C++ exceptions (since they will only slow
things down).
2.95.3. It's backwards compatible, so no need for OSVERSION or other
checks like that. Also add new var - MAKE_JOBS, which allows you to
adjust the -jN argument (I wanted this 'cause with more CPUs I can compile
with MAKE_JOBS=4 or greater). Methinks this kind of thing belongs in
bsd.port.mk, but anyway. I can now compile (with MAKE_JOBS=4) qt 1.45 in
less than 4 minutes on my dual PIII-600E. :)

location of .text_extras_menu is set via imake to
-DEXTRASMENU="\"/usr/X11R6/lib/.text_extras_menu\""
This absolute path is not handeld by the code in
.../lib/libxview/textsw/txt_e_menu.c
This patch fixes this case. The warning message when starting xview
progams it's unable to find
/usr/lib/./usr/X11R6/lib/.text_extras_menu
didn't appear anymore.
This is a server-client version of Ma2Jiang4, sometimes called
"Mah-jong" in English. The rules are complicated and available via
a search engine.

mysql323-client installs libmysqlclient.so.10 (instead of
libmysqlclient.so.6).
mysql323-{client,server} are production quality, now (according to
MySQL AB at least).
to /usr/local/include/freetype/, then perlftlib cannot find freetype.h.
This problem is fixed.
