dbc8d4a8be - Update emulators/qemu-sbruno to latest github snapshot, fixing 
the bsd-user targets on 8 and 9.
- Switch emulators/qemu-user-static to be slave of emulators/qemu-sbruno.
- Update emulators/qemu-devel to latest upstream release 2.2.0, now
  w/o bsd-user patches and knob again.  (Or at least until the
  patches are merged upstream...) [1]
- Add appropriate CONFLICTS to emulators/qemu too and bump its
  PORTREVISION.

60945f0277 Replace USES=libtool:oldver with USES=libtool or USES=libtool:keepla in 
the 32 ports that still use it.  Bump PORTREVISION on their dependent
ports except the ones that depend on these:

audio/libogg
audio/libvorbis
devel/pcre
ftp/curl
graphics/jpeg
graphics/libart_lgpl
graphics/tiff
textproc/expat2
textproc/libxslt

In these cases the same trick as in the recent gettext update is used.
The ports install a symlink with the old library version.  When enough
of their dependent ports have had regular updates the remaining ones can
get a PORTREVISION bump and the links can be removed.

Also remove the devel/pcre dependency from USE_GNOME=glib20.  It causes
over 2200 packages to depend on devel/pcre while less than 200 actually
link with it.  The glib20 package still depends on devel/pcre so this
should not make a difference for ports with USE_GNOME=glib20.  Also,
libdata/pkgconfig/glib-2.0.pc lists pcre as a private library so
USE_GNOME=glib20 should not propagate it.

3ab1b8443e - Replace security/gnutls with security/gnutls3 and update to 3.2.15

47de8e10d8 - Welcome usable qemu pcap networking! :) 
1. Fix packet delays. [1]
  2. Truncate oversize packets according to host interface's MTU
     to avoid e.g. Linux guests panic'ing.
     Note:  This is only necessary as a stopgap measure for cases like
     host inferfaces using TSO (it still causes retransmissions),
     the better workaround is to disable the feature on the host
     interface while using qemu's pcap code.

d5169e4d2c - Remove the dynticks patch for now, it seems to cause even worse timing 
behavoiur than the default -clock unix, see this post:

- Add a patch to close the tap fd before invoking the ifdown script
instead of after, this avoids triggering a KASSERT when doing things

which is still not ported to the new usb stack yet.  (qemu could really
use some help here, the author of the old usb host code is busy with
