47eac8819c Remove www.wfbr.edu as MASTER_SITE since it just returns a

a078fb8cf7 (1) Add PKGDIR, the "-" between name and version is mandatory. 
(2) NO_INSTALL_MANPAGES is not necessary if USE_IMAKE is not defined.
