23d1d989a0 Mark www/mod_snake broken on non-i386/alpha architectures
Per bento, this doesn't build on some of the 64-bit
architectures. The author's web page says "I no longer
have the time or motivation to work on mod_snake, so instead
of letting it sit here, I have decided to kill this project.
	RIP mod_snake." (see modsnake.sourceforge.net)

Didn't kill the port since it is still fetchable.

f0a1969d34 o Rollback PORTCOMMENT modifications while this feature's implementation
is better studied
o Turn PORTCOMMENT variable in Makefile back into pkg-comment files

others variants of the apache ports can be used too.
