e88f0d6172 - bump USE_PYTHON to 2.6+
- eliminate now unneeded devel/py-elementtree dependency
  - remove PYPI_RSS option, it's now available unconditionally
  - bump PORTREVISION

42542fb076 - Remove the DESTDIR modifications from individual ports as we have a new,
fully chrooted DESTDIR, which does not need such any more.
