the port is root. It was keeping the uid/gid of 10/143.
There might be a better solution than this in the long run

TUND allows to organize IP over IP tunnel (IP packets are incapsulated
into UDP one). It works together with FreeBSD ipfw(8). Can be used
for tunneling private networks behind NATD.

NOTE: This patch actually patches two files, which is normally frowned
upon. However, one of these files generates the other and really
isn't used by the port, just for people who would use the port
to make their own custom ht://dig. I don't think this is a problem.
with /usr/bin/cpio. Created so there would be a lightweight version
that didn't require a tonne of other requirements.
