546041ba31 As threatened on freebsd-ports: all startup scripts know about the two
options `start' and `stop' now (unless I have forgotten any). This allows
us to call the scripts from /etc/rc.shutdown with the correct option.

The (42 or so) ports that already DTRT before are unchanged.

2971a93e52 Convert to PORTNAME/PORTVERSION. The following ports hand invalid version
strings so I fixed them: quakeforge, netrek-BRMH, netrek-COW3, tetrinet-x and
xnibbles.

757a0b1452 pkg_create can't deal with named pipes (it just hangs there, and when you
hit ^C, it will splat all the +* files in the current directory). Replace
it with an explicit @exec mkfifo/chown/chmod sequence.

aff58f9ad5 Upgrade (downgrade?) to v1.0.
Explanation: this port used to use the Linux quake client in server mode. It now uses the BSD/OS dedicated server binary, which has lower CPU and memory footprint, and has a different version numbering scheme.

aff1e2bda1 Remove from MASTER_SITES sites that don't have the now obsolete (by ID's
standards) quake101.zip. This reduces the sites to 3, but until Cracked.Com
releases a new version of the Linux Quake loader, there's not much more we
can do.

0e8a7d4ab5 unzip and lha should be BUILD_DEPENDS not FETCH_DEPENDS. (Note that
BUILD_DEPENDS is actually checked from within the extract target, and
thus covers everything from extract to build.)
