b98bb912e6 s/PHP3/PHP/g; 
s/php3/php/g;

whereever appropriate.

This was done in preparation for a repository copy to apache13-php4
to keep the diffs between apache13-php3 and apache13-php4 as small as
possible.

718f64b85e Import of gaddr. 
gaddr is a simple address book written using the GTK+ widget set that
basically acts like a pile of alphabetized 3x5 index cards.

cb5c2cea50 Misc fixes. 
PREFIX was being set in the Makefile

Fix the above problem by patching config.h to use __PREFIX_/__LOCALBASE__
where necessary and then sed s:__PREFIX__:${PREFIX}: etc.

Remove the version number from PLIST, use a PLIST_SUB to make it easier
to upgrade the port.

58407c048a Import of nqc, 
A compiler for a simple language for programming the LEGO RCX or CyberMaster
controllers. The language itself is "Not Quite C" and includes preprocessor
and control structures very similar to the C language, but with restrictions
imposed by the limitations of the RCX hardware/firmware itself.

Besides compiling, nqc also provides functions for downloading the RCX
firmware as well as uploading programs to and downloading from the RCX.
