distfile indicates neither the revision nor the language (there
are French and Japanese versions too, and all the distfiles have
the same name). Take out a debugging echo.
- use PKGNAMEPREFIX so that package is named *g*tar like the port
- patch-ac silences gcc when compiling prepargs.c
additionally:
- fetch patch-ab out of Attic, we still want info file not
splitted into pieces
- bump PORTREVISION, since patch-ab fixes package building

The checksum had also changed, but it seems only the tarball was rerolled -
a comparison against an 'old' archive from ftp.freebsd.org showed no
differences in content.
