- Update to 0.85.1 (version number mangled to prevent PORTEPOCH bump)
...
- Build.PL is gone, so use PERL_CONFIGURE=yes
- Use BUILD_DEPENDS=${RUN_DEPENDS} to avoid extra dependencies
- Use magic MASTER_SITES

search.cpan.org redirect reduction canonicalization project, pass 1:

URLs automatically rewritten from /search?dist=Foo or /dist/Foo
to /dist/Foo/ (note trailing slash). After a 2002(!) reorganization,
this is the preferred way to refer to modules on search.cpan.org.
