bb69a303d0 irc/ezbounce: Fix c++ error caught by gcc 4.7
The same variable "e" was defined as a loop argument and then again inside
the loop as a diferrent type. This renames the loop argument to avoid the
redeclaration errors.

2fadfa2cfb For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

c70549b8dc Update to 1.02.
Fixes:
 - The issue with the pid file having bogus permissions
 - A bug that can result in people remoting crashing your proxy

The author states:
I won't go into exploitation details here of the latter. That's what the
patch is for... It is not a buffer overrun problem, but a null pointer
dereference. I'd suggest everyone to upgrade.
