e74bd78238 - patch-aa introduces sane default values for the Configure script 
as far as possible.
- Found version number of this software (1.1.0), so introduced a
  package name. Althouch NO_PACKAGE is set, it is useful for
  later removal and new installation.
- It needs perl to run

0a93e3e845 From Joel's PR: 
Here is an update for the crossgo32 port. I have added an extra
	distribution which includes a utility to convert the COFF binaries
	into dos EXE files. I also take over as maintainer with the previous
	maintainers permission.

cac6889bd7 Revive apache-1.1.1+SSL which doesn't work because it needs SSLeay 0.6.4 
and not 0.6.6 as in ports.  There's probably enough code "out there" to
make a 1.2.1+SSL version now.

Yes, the Makefile is a bit of a mess.

4a54a45343 Import of ePerl (Embedded Perl 5 Language) with its second face: 
The integrated Perl 5 Modules Parse::ePerl and Apache::ePerl.

This is _NOT_ already installed by the port lang/eperl/ because
lang/eperl is the port for the stand-alone ePerl while this
port lang/p5-ePerl/ uses the other half of the hybrid distribution.
