4b7f92f936 Commit #2/4 to enforce Caps, no period. I ran this oe as 
$ time cvs $FREEBSD ci -m `cat msg` `cat ci.ab`

95137d2010 Oh my goodness! Satoshi is finally fed up and decided to "clean up" 
all the COMMENTs!  No package names, no version numbers, no "this is
absolutix-3.1.2" type comments that have zero information contents.

Now, without any bad examples to follow, nobody has an excuse to import
a port with those kind of comments. :)

Phew!  238 ports modified!

738c82731c Upgrade (2.15.4+mb1.03 -> 2.15.6+mb1.04). Also ftp the patch from a 
news archive instead of carrying it as patch-aa.
