39789a9181 Sync-up CPP predefines w/our stock compiler and EGCS. 
1. we are not 386BSD
2. ELF shouldn't need "-fsjlj-exceptions"

83d4c8fdbf Define __FreeBSD__ to be the major version (rather than empty). 
Add -fsjlj-exceptions as the default.
