- Document that .info files are installed in a subdirectory relative to
PREFIX/INFO_PATH and slightly change add-plist-info to use INFO_PATH and
subdirectory detection.

This port will not build on 4.X, and I can't investigate it because
I don't have access to a 4-STABLE machine. If anyone wants to
fix the problem (seems to be related to an unnamed union of structs),
