3791ddb9ec Fix a segfault when XftConfig or ~/.xftconfig contains directories with 
gzip'd fonts.  The next release of freetype2 will allow building with
the system version of zlib, so this won't be an issue.

d0d5d33f3c Fix ghostscript on ia64. The logic to determine what the minimum 
alignment must be is based on elementary datatypes, but does not
take into account the alignment requirements of FP spills. Such
are present in jmp_buf. The memory allocator is used by the JPEG
and PNG libraries as well and the JPEG library has a jmp_buf in
one of its structures.
Another problem case is the "long double" type. This datatype is
not in the list of elementary types on which the minimal alignment
is based and can also be used by imported source code.

The patch forces 16-byte alignment on ia64.

185ceb675c Introduce a knob RUBY_NO_RD_HTML and enable it by default on alpha. This 
replaces the non-working NOPORTDOCS workaround and fixes build on the alpha,
where rd2 coredumps.

2114f9f364 Sync MD5 sum for ghostscript/eplaser-3.0.4-651.tgz with the ghostscript-gnu port. 
The new tarball has changes in the readme and a copy of the GPL.

b54a6778e2 Install the jadetex and pdfjadetex man pages. 
Install symlinks links jadetex and pdfjadetex to tex and pdftex
respectively.

Bump PORTREVISION because of this.

- fix: teach SETUP to use 640 root:daemon as default
