known to be broken on version 2.5.28* and prior

- Add CONFLICTS on net/mldonkey{,-core,-gui}
- NO_LATEST_LINK since this is a development version of
net/mldonkey
- DESCR: replace spaces with tabs

- roll our own BSD license kill_mldonkey shell script instead of
