9f79584da9 Upgrade to snarf 7.0 (yes, the author leaped 5 major release numbers in
a single bound. Perhaps he's a Slackware and/or Solaris fan)

a84b5b5f94 #4/4 enforcing Caps, no period

Before I forget....

Thanks to naddy@mips.rhein-neckar.de (Christian Weisgerber) for prompting
this commit. See msg-id: 7geokh$tje$1@mips.rhein-neckar.de

fb1edcdaf5 Don't point to the snarf-latest distfile, use snarf-2.0.5 instead. There are
no functional changes associated with this for people who have already
installed.

http/ftp/gopher/finger fetching. It displays the download progress as a little
status meter.
