4df3a9a6df Don't do CFLAGS ?= -O2 (this had no effect since a default CFLAGS is
passed from <sys.mk> if it is not overridden by the user)

efd693e9ac Change MASTER_SITE to ${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL} as the author's site has been
down from some time now. Remove reference to author's site from the
pkg-descr.
