9dbc794cb4 Enforce random pkg/COMMENT rules, including the one that states Emacs
should be spelled corrcetly, although I rather liked "Emasc".

dd9ff05a6a Commit #3/4 to enforce caps, no period.
FWIW, checkout of these things took 5+hrs, staying on the local
.freebsd.org net w/o hitting the 'net at all.

This package provides a series of user interface commands (im*
commands) and backend Perl5 libraries to integrate Email and NetNews
user interface. They are designed to be used both from Mew and on
command line.
