7acef1cd7a Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to . Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is
spelled out (many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type
fixes that shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"
appear.

97ff1a477e Add oops 1.4.16, a www proxy server similar to squid but easier to configure,
threadsafe (can use more than one CPU), and faster (uses large files rather
than many files).
